Explanation of form language

The design principle is based on the idea of building blocks and conveying the message: We celebrate the unity in diversity of every person, team, and company. Form language is part of our visual identity. Just like our logo, use of color, typography, and photography. A strong form language makes us stand out, ensures we are easily recognized, and makes people feel positive about our brand.

Building­ blocks

The Profile Dynamics word/image logo forms the basis for the development of the product brand.

The circle segment from these building blocks is used to design the product brands.

5.3

Symbols

All symbols of the product brands are constructed from these elements. They are arranged in different ways (which is also based on a square).

Each symbol represents one product in an abstract way.

Ranking

The report shows the arrangement of the building blocks in the way the product symbol is designed.

As an add-on, the icon is also placed on the cover page.

5.5

Angles and curves

Elements must be easy to find among other elements. To achieve this, we use dark blue for buttons with a rounded corner.

Here we show the properties of buttons with curves and graphic online elements.

Personal Profiler

Personal analyses within the Personal Profiler range can be used for, for example, personal development, coaching programs, career guidance, and talent development.

The regular personal analysis can be expanded with the following modules:

  • Do’s and Don’ts: a concise 'manual' for managers and colleagues, ‘how to deal with’?
  • Drivers under pressure: how do you (differently) perform when under pressure?
  • 360-degree feedback: receive targeted feedback from a peer group of your own choice.

In addition to the regular personal analysis, two variants are available for specific target groups:

  • Student Analysis, focused on supporting profile, study, and career choices of pupils and students
  • PD-Operations, with questions and reporting more tailored to practically educated individuals.

Team Profiler

The Team Profiler includes tools for team and culture development and is used for, for example, team optimization, coaching, conflict resolution, and change management.

Business Profiler

The Business Profiler includes software for easily visualizing organizational culture based on measured drivers. In addition, a comprehensive assessment is available, the Business Impact Profiler, which provides a step-by-step handbook for building a future-proof organization.

Job Profiler

The Job Profiler helps to create the best match between role and employee: who (or which drivers) fit best with this position?

  • The color of the arc can be any of the colors from the PD logo.
